Guy Time (GT) was established by Jose, Ricardo, Simon and Emilio Iniguez together with Jay Grubb as a fundraiser for the Iniguez Family Endowment (IFE), the 1st Latinx endowment at Central Washington University (CWU). The IFE provides a full tuition scholarship to qualified first generation college students athletes of color. 100% of proceeds from GT are donated to the IFE and participants come from a multitude of backgrounds and ethnicities, most of whom are not CWU alumni. We take pride in fostering space for diversity in age, ethnicity and professional background to take time to celebrate the best of what Ellensburg has to offer. The crew also get to interact in activities with past and current scholarship recipient students.

Guy Time is an annual event uniquely combining professional networking, outdoor activities, engagement in higher education and fundraising that helps foster community, a sense of community deeply needed in this tumultuous and divisive social climate.
The first inaugural guy time event began in Fall of 2014 hosting over 65 guys from all over the state on this idea of networking and mentorship.
Networking events are full impact days of Saturday and Sunday Include: Meet and greet with CWU Foundation, Team up with students at the Ellensburg Golf Course for a round of golf, Tailgating prior to a CWU football game that includes sideline passes, Meet and greet with CWU President and Athletic Director with time for students from low income families to participate in the networking and activities.
